Therapy Focus unveils its 2024-28 Strategic Plan focusing on customer experience, people and culture, business excellence, community impact, and future growth.

First shared with staff during the Festival of Learning, Therapy Focus’ inaugural organisation-wide training event, the Strategic Plan outlines the organisation’s four-year roadmap for the future, ensuring our people and systems consistently provide exceptional therapy services.

As with all our strategic initiatives, we are committed to ensuring that every person’s journey is extraordinary and that we remain driven by our guiding principles.

Therapy Focus CEO Alison Kelly, shared that the plan will establish the foundation for continued success.

“The 2024-28 Strategic Plan provides the grounding we need to continue to deliver and expand upon the incredible therapy services the team deliver to the WA community.”

The foundations for continued success

To ensure success, we aligned our efforts to five strategic pillars that will help us deliver on our strategic objectives, which are:

  • Customer Experience: Provide exceptional experiences that create meaningful outcomes
  • People, Talent and Culture: Nurture a truly great workplace where everyone can flourish
  • Business Excellence: Steward a high-performing, responsive and financially secure business
  • Community Impact: Expand relationships and amplify our impact
  • Thriving Future: Foster a thriving, sustainable and generous organisation

What success will look like

Our people and systems will deliver top-notch therapy in specialised streams to provide tailored experiences that respond to customer needs. We will extend the reach of our services across Western Australia to improve access.

We will invest back into the community with meaningful social impact initiatives that create positive change. Expanding our revenue streams and improving our systems will build a financially secure business.

Therapy Focus will be a strong advocate for the positive impact of therapy for people with disability. We will consistently use environmentally responsible practices across our operations.

Building collaborative and enduring external partnerships will be key. By working with other like-minded organisations, we can amplify our impact and continue to provide the best supports possible.

At Therapy Focus, we believe this framework provides us with the opportunity to grow our therapy services and continue to support our customers and the WA community as best we can for the years ahead.
