5 weeks annual leave

A standard five weeks’ annual leave is provided, with the option to purchase an additional week.

Employee Assistance Program

We’re partnered with Access Wellbeing Services to provide our employees and their families with counselling services.

Wellness Days

All employees are provided with two Wellness Days each year to use as they wish.

Remuneration

Whilst additional benefits and unique opportunities are important, we know that salary influences the path you take in your career.

We offer competitive salaries for both corporate and clinical employees, plus 9.5% superannuation. Performance reviews are conducted twice per year, providing opportunities for our employees to reflect on their performance and discuss career advancement with their line manager.

Salary Packaging

We offer salary packaging to employees through our salary packaging provider, Access Pay. Salary packaging allows you to allocate a portion of your pre-tax income to the payment of certain expenses, such as your mortgage, rent, groceries or insurance, to reduce the amount of income tax you pay and increase your disposable income.
