Once you apply, our team reviews your details and shortlists candidates whose experience aligns with current opportunities. We’ll aim to contact you within a couple of days of receiving your application.
Yes. If you’re shortlisted, you’ll receive a calendar invite to book a phone screen at a time that suits you. It’s a short conversation to understand what you’re looking for and discuss suitable opportunities.
After the phone screen, your application is shared with the relevant Team Leader so they can assess your fit for their team.
Interviews are held either in-person or online via Microsoft Teams. It’s a chance for us to get to know you, and for you to get a feel for us.
Typically the interview will be with the Team Leader, however sometimes may be one our our Clinical Leads or a member of our People, Talent and Culture team.
Yes. We’ll contact your referees after a successful interview to help us understand your experience and working style.
If you’re selected, we’ll call you first with a verbal offer. You’ll then receive a written Offer Letter via email.
After you confirm your acceptance by phone or email, you’ll receive your contract through our Talent Acquisition platform ConnX.
You’ll complete your contract and upload required compliance documents through ConnX.
Once everything is finalised, you’re all set to start.
