Welcoming Chief Operating Officer, Curtis Reddell

Therapy Focus is delighted to be welcoming its new Chief Operating Officer, Curtis Reddell. Curtis is an accomplished strategic leader with experience across the healthcare, childcare, and community services sectors. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Therapy and a range of leadership, project management and change management certifications.

As an Occupational Therapist, Curtis has experience in adult acquired brain injury rehabilitation, paediatrics, driving assessment, early intervention and aged care. Most recently, as General Manager Residential at Brightwater Care Group, he managed residential aged care and transitional care programs, responsible for teams of over 1,000 staff. Notably, he successfully led the commissioning of a $53 million aged care facility and head offices, and the design and implementation of new care models.

In his role as Deputy Chair at Wanslea Ltd, Curtis has overseen strategic acquisitions and enhanced corporate governance structures and systems. He is passionate about inclusive team cultures and remains committed to continuous growth and innovation.

Therapy Focus Chief Executive Officer, Alison Kelly said the Board and Leadership Team are delighted to welcome Curtis.

“We are excited to welcome Curtis to Therapy Focus and believe he will be an excellent addition to the Executive Team and wider staff group,” Alison said. “In particular, his unique blend of compassion, strategic thinking and calm stewardship will support Therapy Focus in advancing our strategic goals and amplifying our impact, whilst supporting our staff”.

Curtis will commence his role as Chief Operating Officer on Monday, 10 February 2025.
