Update to Non-School-Based Appointment Confirmations

We are always looking for ways to improve our service delivery and your customer experience with Therapy Focus. We would like to let you know about an update to how future appointments will be managed.

From Tuesday, 3 March 2026, all non-school-based appointments that are not declined or rescheduled before the appointment date will be considered a confirmed appointment.

We are making this change to:

• Improve the quality of our therapy delivery and maximise your services.
• Provide more consistency for customers and therapists.
• Make better use of appointment times so we can support more customers.

You will continue to receive SMS reminders 7 days and 24 hours before your appointment (based on your message preferences). You can still cancel up to 48 hours before your appointment, in line with Therapy Focus’ current cancellation policy.
