Therapy Focus CEO Alison Kelly Steps Down

Therapy Focus announces that Alison Kelly has decided to step down from her role as CEO. We extend our sincere appreciation for her dedicated leadership, support and guidance during her tenure.
Alison joined Therapy Focus back in August 2022 and from the beginning, brought a genuine, caring and authentic leadership style to Therapy Focus. We are grateful for Alison’s dedication and the positive impact she has made on Therapy Focus, our customers, our people and the broader community during her time as CEO.
Since joining the organisation, Alison steered Therapy Focus through ongoing sector reform and change. She consistently advocated for the importance of fair and sustainable NDIS supports and championed the critical role therapy plays in enabling our customers to achieve their goals.
Alison finished up as CEO on 6 February 2026. On behalf of the Board, we wish Alison every success in her next chapter.
Following Alison’s departure, I would like to extend my thanks and congratulations to Curtis Reddell who has been appointed Acting CEO and Caoibhe Hendy, who has been appointed Acting Chief Operating Officer.
Curtis brings deep organisational knowledge and a strong understanding of our people, customers and operations. He will continue to work closely with our operational teams across the business to support performance, stability and continuity during this transition.
Caoibhe brings a wealth of clinical expertise and extensive knowledge having been an integral part of the Therapy Focus family for 15 years. Caoibhe will take primary responsibility for operational leadership.
We are delighted to have Curtis and Caoibhe at the helm as Therapy Focus enters its next exciting chapter, building on the organisation’s 27-year legacy of supporting the WA community.
