Therapy Focus appoints Voluntary Administrators

On 9 October 2025, the Board of Therapy Focus appointed Voluntary Administrators.
This means independent Administrators (Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer of McGrathNicol) have been appointed to review the organisation and recommend the best way forward.
This step was taken to give the organisation the best chance to continue its important work, supporting the WA community with high-quality, person-centred therapy supports.
It’s business as usual — all services will continue, and there is no immediate change to our customer supports or appointments.
Customers and families have been informed via email, but please don’t hesitate to reach out if you have not received a copy of the notice or wish to discuss further.

Official Notice from Therapy Focus
On 9 October, the Board made the decision for the company to enter Voluntary Administration. Although a difficult decision to make, the Board has done so with the best interests of Therapy Focus at front of mind, in particular our valued customers and highly respected staff.
This means that Independent Administrators (Rob Kirman and Rob Brauer of McGrathNicol) have been appointed to manage the company, with full support from the Executive and Leadership team. The Administrators’ role is to keep the business trading while exploring options to restructure Therapy Focus by way of an urgent sale and/or recapitalisation to maximise the chances of the business continuing. We are very confident in the McGrathNicol team and their ability to support Therapy Focus through this next stage.
We want to reassure you that there will be no interruption to your services or appointments. It is business as usual for all customers and families, and you will continue to receive the same high-quality care and support from our team.
There will be no changes to staffing and Therapy Focus will continue to operate as usual.
