First Focus expands across Perth
We are excited to share that our specialised early intervention program, First Focus, has expanded across Perth!
This program aims to ease the transition to kindergarten or pre-primary by helping children with developmental delays and learning difficulties gain the skills and confidence they need to thrive in a school environment.
More families. More locations. More impact.

“First Focus prepares children for kindy by building essential skills in a simulated classroom environment. It offers vital foundational support during a critical stage of development, helping kids build the skills they need to thrive in their early years at school” – Janesta Stobbe (Senior Manager of Therapy North)
Supporting school readiness
The program aims to help familiarise children with classroom settings and routines, encourage social interactions, and support the development of essential skills. Weekly group sessions are run over an 8 week period and target language, attention, gross and fine motor skills.
Where does the program run?
First Focus is offered at a variety of locations across Perth metro. Sessions are held at Therapy Focus’ offices, Education Support Centres, or local community centres.
