Welcoming CEO Alison Kelly

Board Welcomes Alison Kelly On Her First Day

The Board of Therapy Focus is delighted to welcome Alison Kelly on her first day as our new Chief Executive Officer.

We believe Alison’s background as an experienced clinician and leader with a rich and diverse range of experiences across health, disability and primary care, education and community, in metropolitan, rural, remote and international settings will be a critical factor in her success in this role.

Alison brings an authentic, relationship-based leadership style, an understanding of the issues for organisations operating in new markets with new business models, an appreciation of the critical success factors in employee engagement and a commitment to ensuring people receiving services are partners in their therapy journey.

We are excited about what the future holds for Therapy Focus, as Alison and her team lead us on the next phase of our extraordinary journey.
