Odette Gaynor

Odette has worked in the field of continence and pelvic health since 2010 across private practice, public hospital, and community-based settings. In 2014, Odette completed her Master of Clinical Physiotherapy (Continence and Pelvic Health) at Curtin University. After a long stint as the Clinical Lead of the Therapy Focus Continence Service (formerly known as PEBBLES), Odette has accepted an Acting role as North Coast Team Leader. Odette is passionate about continence and volunteers her time outside of work to sit on Continence Foundation of Australia committees, with the aim of making a broader impact to how continence issues are addressed in Australia. At work, Odette most enjoys supporting Older Adult clients to manage their continence concerns so that they can remain living in their own homes and live fulfilling lives.

In her spare time, Odette enjoys being outdoors with her family, and listening to Audiobooks and Podcasts while walking the dog.
