Upcoming NDIS audit

By Brett Syme

Brand Engagement Manager

Have your say!

Therapy Focus is being assessed to the NDIS Practice Standards on 11-13 November 2024, and we invite our customers to participate.

The assessment involves an evaluation of our systems and processes conducted by an independent auditing body approved by the NDIS Commission. The purpose of the assessment is to help to continuously improve the services we offer to our customers.

The independent assessment team will review our policies and procedures, interview staff including management, as well as interview NDIS participants and review their files. The interview will explore our customer’s experience with the services we provide, and the review of files will allow the assessors to determine if we are meeting our requirements under the standards.

Interviews will be conducted in person or by phone and will take approximately 10-15 minutes. Any information provided to assessors will be de-identified, your personal information will not be shared with us or the NDIS Commission.

NDIS participants are automatically enrolled in the process via the NDIS Commission’s ‘opt-out’ rule. However, customers can choose to opt-out by letting us know you do not wish to take part in the assessment.

If you wish to participate in an interview or would like to opt-out, please complete the below form or call us on 1300 135 373 by Tuesday, 8 October.
