Therapy Focus Board welcomes new Directors

The Therapy Focus Board is pleased to announce the appointment of two new Directors Cristian Rapanaro and Matthew Richardson, who bring both business acumen and values driven experiences, including as parents of children with disability.

Board Chair Fiona Payne said “These appointments reflect our commitment to ensuring the Therapy Focus Board has the right mix of skills and experience to steward the organisation successfully. We are delighted that Cristian and Matt will help shape the next part of our journey.”

Cristian has over 20 years professional experience and over 10 years in senior leadership roles. He has worked across multiple sectors including finance, energy, sport, logistics, oil and gas. He has held executive positions and Director roles for the organisations he has worked in. Cristian is currently Chair of Kiind and is a graduate member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.

Cristian has a passion for improving the lives of those with disability and their families. He brings his extensive experience in business and in life (as a parent of a child with a rare genetic disease), to help develop and grow the ‘for purpose’ organisations he is involved with.
