The Therapy Focus Board has welcomed its newest member, Fiona Notley, who was appointed in November 2022.

Fiona is a senior tertiary sector executive who brings more than 20 years of experience in a diverse range of roles to the Board. Throughout her career, Fiona has established herself as a change agent who collaborates at all levels to transform and simplify processes, while delivering bottom-line measurable benefits.

In her current role as Curtin University’s Chief Operating Officer, Fiona is responsible for human resources, information technology and digital services, property development, facilities management and other commercial activities. She is a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, holds a Master of Business Administration, and was appointed the Chairperson of Basketball WA in April 2022.

The Therapy Focus Board and Leadership team welcome Fiona’s passion for community, and people development and her demonstrated ability to motivate teams working in complex environments to produce exceptional results.
