Join our Customer Reference Group

By Therapy Focus

Help make every person’s journey extraordinary

We are seeking passionate and dedicated individuals to join our Customer Reference Group. The Group plays a vital role in shaping how our services are designed and delivered so they are inclusive, effective and accessible for all.

As a member of our Customer Reference Group, you will have the chance to make a meaningful impact through co-design while being supported in a collaborative environment where your voice is valued. We offer remuneration, along with opportunities for professional development and networking.

Our Customer Reference Group, made up of customers, parents, and support networks, meets bi-monthly – either in person or online. It’s a great opportunity to connect with others facing similar challenges, share valuable feedback, and help shape our services to ensure Therapy Focus continues delivering inclusive, accessible, and high-quality supports.

“I joined the Customer Reference Group as I wanted to give my views about Therapy Focus. I enjoy being a member as it’s nice to connect with other parents and give feedback on the services we receive.”
Deborah de Geeter, Customer Reference Group Member

We are particularly interested in hearing from individuals with lived experience who reflect our customer base. To express your interest, visit our application page or call us on 1300 135 373.

Expressions of interest close Monday, 26 May 2025.
