Congratulations Class of 2023!

In February, Therapy Focus’ inaugural Festival of Learning provided the perfect opportunity to celebrate the ten allied health clinicians who completed our Graduate Program in 2023.

As one of Western Australia’s largest disability service providers, Therapy Focus is committed to nurturing the next generation of therapists. Our Graduate Program invites new clinicians to embark on an exciting journey with access to an expansive network of knowledge and support.

12 months ago, two speech pathologists and eight occupational therapists started their journey with Therapy Focus. Paired with a senior clinical mentor, the 2023 Graduates worked as part of multidisciplinary teams supporting a diverse caseload of customers. They gained experience across a range of specialist areas and learnt from our experienced Clinical Leads.

Therapy Focus's 2023 Graduates

As part of the Festival of Learning proceedings, Chief Operating Officer Mai Welsh presented the 2023 Graduates with certificates and acknowledged their valued contributions and achievements.

Speech Pathologist Amy Cox reflected on her year in the program, after applying for a position as a placement student.

“I loved my time as a Graduate. The opportunities that Therapy Focus offers for supervision and support, as well as the clear clinical pathways for career growth are invaluable.”
