Meet our Butler team leader Jindalee, Clarkson and surrounds
Ashlee Czerniak
Ashlee graduated from Edith Cowan University in 2018 with a Bachelor of Science, Occupational Therapy. Upon finishing her degree, her first role was funding equipment and modifications for people at work with disability or mental health conditions. Next, she worked for with an equipment provider before beginning at Therapy Focus in 2020.
Ashlee has worked with many customers who have varying disabilities, helping them and their families work towards their goals and increasing their daily independence. Ashlee’s special interest includes working within the Early Childhood Intervention area whilst developing meaningful relationships with her clients and their families. Ashlee is passionate about customer-focused delivery and supporting her team with their wellbeing and fostering an optimistic workplace environment.
On the weekends, Ashlee can be found spending time with her family and friends, at the beach, walking, reading, or cooking.
