Connectors Group: Teamcraft (15+ years)

Collaborating and connecting through social and emotional learning

Our Connectors groups are designed to help neurodiverse children and adults achieve their therapy goals through collaboration and social connection.

Group sessions are held on Therapy Focus’ secure web server, where participants may be tasked with building structures or navigating complex worlds that require planning, resource management, and teamwork. This process encourages social connection in a fun and safe environment, and has been proven to be particularly beneficial in achieving social therapy goals.

This group is open to young people aged 15+ and will use Minecraft.

Weekly sessions will be held on Wednesdays from 4:00pm - 5:30pm (AWST). The group will run online using Microsoft Teams.

Sessions are facilitated by qualified therapists and can be accessed using NDIS funding or purchased privately.

Participants are required to use their own devices and have a Java Minecraft account. Please note that Minecraft Education and PlayStation cannot be used as they are not compatible with our server.
