- Weekly supervision sessions for the first month, then fortnightly for the second, then monthly.

- Clinical support and guidance from a Clinical Lead.
- Reflective practice integrated into supervision with record keeping.
- Access to targeted supervision for specialised areas upon request.
- Continuing professional development options including interest groups, lunch and learn sessions, and discipline-specific learning days.
- A graduate program that fosters reflective practice and knowledge building.
