Each year we review our pricing and policies following the release of the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Price Guide.

The 2019-20 NDIS Price Guide was released in June 2019 and is effective from 1 July 2019. We have reviewed the new Price Guide in detail and are pleased to announce that we have chosen to charge less than the prices suggested by the National Disability Insurance Agency.

Our prices for general therapy services will be increased by only half the suggested price increase.

The changes in pricing will allow us to keep providing therapy services that are comprehensive, community-based and high quality. The changes will apply from 1 October 2019, and only take effect when a new service agreement is signed. Until then, current pricing will apply until existing service agreements end.

The following changes will apply to service agreements signed on or after 1 October 2019:

Price

The price for general therapy will change from $179.26 to $187.00 per hour. Services delivered by a psychologist will be charged at $207.00 per hour.

Please refer to our updated price list for more information about pricing for our other services.

Cancellations

Cancellations made within 1 business day of scheduled appointments will be charged at 90% of the cost.

We will not charge you the first time you cancel an appointment with late notice, and you will not be charged for an appointment that is cancelled due to staff illness.
