We’re a registered provider for the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) in Western Australia. We can help you make the most of your funding and achieve the goals in your NDIS Plan.

What is the NDIS?

The NDIS is Australia’s first national scheme for people with disability. It provides funding directly to individuals, giving them more choice and control over the supports and services they access.

For more information visit the NDIS website.

Am I eligible?

There are age, disability and residence requirements that you must meet in order to receive funding under the NDIS. You can find out if you’re eligible by completing the eligibility checklist on the NDIS website.

If you meet the eligibility criteria and would like to access the NDIS call 1800 800 110 and ask to make an Access Request. For more information about accessing the NDIS, click here.

Making a service agreement

When you choose Therapy Focus as your service provider, we will make a service agreement together before we start providing therapy. This is a written agreement that outlines the support we provide and how we work. It will also include information about what we charge for.

Pricing and what we charge for

The prices we charge for the therapy services we provide under the NDIS are set in line with the NDIS Price Guide. View our price lists and watch a video explaining what we charge for.

How we charge for travel

Our therapists travel to the locations where you want to receive services. This can include your home, school, workplace and in the community. We work to keep the cost of travel to a minimum, so that you can maximise your NDIS funding.

Our cancellation policy

We understand that things happen and you may need to cancel or reschedule an appointment with your therapy team. Our cancellation policy outlines what you need to do in times like these.
