Walliston Gaming Therapy Group

Log on and achieve your goals!

Our innovative Gaming Therapy groups use the popular online games Minecraft and Animal Crossing to help neurodivergent children and adults connect through a shared love of gaming.

Group sessions are held on Therapy Focus’ secure web server, where participants are assigned specific roles and work together to achieve a shared goal. This process encourages social connection in a fun and safe environment, and has been proven to be particularly beneficial in achieving social therapy goals.

This group is open to participants aged 17+ and will use Animal Crossing.

Weekly sessions will be held on Tuesdays from 4.15pm - 5.15pm at Therapy Focus Walliston.

Sessions are facilitated by qualified therapists and can be accessed using NDIS funding or purchased privately.

Participants can bring their own Switch device if they have one, otherwise can attend without one.
