Supporting the needs of families of children with chronic conditions

Researchers from the University of Western Australia want to hear from parents of children (1-18 yrs old) who have special health care needs, chronic health conditions and/or disabilities. These children may see many specialists and services, both in hospital and in the community.
What’s involved?
This research study involves completing an anonymous online survey. It should only take about 20 minutes to complete. Your views and experiences will help the institute understand how the health care system can meet your needs and provide the best care for your child.
