GAPS – The Gait and Posture Study
Researchers at CliniKids and Curtin University are looking for children aged 3-5 years old with and without autism to participate in a short study looking at motor skills.
Who can participate?
Your child can participate in this study if:
- They are aged between 3 and 5 years old
- Have a diagnosis of autism or do NOT have a diagnosis of autism or any other developmental concerns.
What is involved?
- If you choose to participate, you will be asked to attend a short (approx. 30min) session at CliniKids, a new clinical service of the Telethon Kids Institute. Your child will engage in some standing and walking activities. Parents will also be asked to complete a short 5 to 10-minute survey about their child.
