The Executive Team lead our 300 employees to achieve the organisation’s purpose and key priorities.
Mr Matt Burrows
Chief Executive Officer
Matt is an experienced CEO and governance professional. He has a track record spanning over two decades managing diverse teams in both city and country locations, in government and non-government roles. During this time he has built a reputation for achieving results.
Matt has worked across Western and Central Australia, as well as internationally, and has tackled some of the worst of society’s “wicked problems”. Throughout his career he has worked collaboratively with stakeholders to build community capacity and deliver lasting change.
Now based in Perth, Matt has embarked on a doctoral journey and is exploring his interest in social justice by researching governance frameworks that empower people with disabilities as consumers of care services. He is active in the community and volunteers his time as a mentor, trainer and Board member.
